This policy covers tovalerra.com, including its public server-status page. It does not cover Roblox or another service you choose to visit from this site.

What we collect

Tovalerra does not provide website accounts, contact forms, purchases, comments, or newsletter sign-ups. We do not add analytics, advertising pixels, ad networks, or marketing trackers to this site.

Like most hosted websites, the infrastructure that delivers and protects the site may automatically process basic technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security or diagnostic events. The site is hosted through Microsoft Azure, which handles that information under its own privacy and service practices.

Cookies and similar technology

Tovalerra does not add optional analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. Essential hosting or security technology may be used when needed to deliver and protect the site. Because this site does not add optional tracking, it does not show a marketing-cookie consent banner.

Live game status

The status page asks a same-origin Tovalerra endpoint for aggregate public Roblox experience and server activity. The response does not include Roblox passwords, private messages, player tokens, or a list of player identities. You do not need to sign in to Roblox to view it.

Roblox and other links

Choosing “Enter Tova” opens Roblox. Any account, gameplay, chat, purchase, parental-control, or support activity there is handled by Roblox under the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Privacy and Cookie Policy. Microsoft describes its own processing in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How information is used and shared

Technical information may be used to deliver the site, keep it secure, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
